Success carries responsibility
Throughout Hawaiʻi, Viktor Mazeliah and Tall Builders have developed programs to give back to the community that has supported their growth.

An 87-unit village built on hope
Working alongside community leaders, housing advocates, government agencies, and nonprofit organizations, Tall Builders participated in developing a homeless village on the West Side of Oʻahu, consisting of 87 housing units designed to provide safe and dignified living spaces for residents transitioning out of homelessness.
To help launch the initiative, NABS and Tall Builders donated the first housing unit. The homes use prefab steel-frame construction that resists termites, mold, and fire while staying comfortable in Hawaiʻi’s climate.
“We wanted to create homes that people could be proud of. Everyone deserves a safe place to live and a chance to build a better future.”

Materials that deserve a second life
Renovation projects generate usable cabinets, appliances, furniture, windows, fixtures, countertops, and doors that often end up in landfills. Tall Builders recovers, transports, and donates those items to families in need at no cost.
The program serves families on the North Shore, in West Oʻahu, Central Oʻahu, and across the island, improving living conditions while reducing unnecessary waste.
“If something can help a family, it shouldn’t end up in a dumpster.”

Investing in young athletes
Viktor supports youth programs, local organizations, and athletic initiatives throughout Hawaiʻi, including sponsoring female equestrian athletes in Waimānalo through the Apollo Team.
For Viktor, it is about much more than sports: it builds confidence, discipline, leadership, resilience, and personal growth. The values learned through athletics often become the foundation for success in life and business.
“When we support young people, we’re investing in the future of our communities.”

If we have the ability to help someone, we have a responsibility to try.
Community partners, nonprofits, and agencies working on housing in Hawaiʻi are welcome to reach out.
